My Mission

I work at the intersection of culture, systems, and human behavior because meaningful change rarely fails due to a lack of strategy. It fails when people are asked to move forward without understanding what they are carrying.

My mission is to create space for clarity helping people examine inherited patterns, understand how they show up, and choose alignment with intention.

My Story

My professional path reflects a deep understanding of how organizations actually function across strategy, operations, and execution. I began my career as a business analyst, where my work focused on understanding systems, evaluating performance, and identifying where structure, process, and outcomes were misaligned. That foundation trained me to see patterns, interpret data, and translate complexity into actionable insight.

From there, my work naturally expanded into operational leadership. I moved from analysis into execution leading teams, managing systems, and taking responsibility for how decisions were implemented on the ground. In these roles, I learned that strong strategy only matters if operations are aligned, resourced, and responsive to the people carrying the work forward.

This progression ultimately led me into executive leadership as a Chief Operating Officer, where I held accountability for organizational performance, culture, and systems alignment. In that role, I worked at the intersection of leadership, operations, and long-term vision ensuring that values, strategy, and daily practice were not operating in isolation from one another.

Alongside this professional trajectory, my work has always remained grounded in community and lived experience. I have spent years engaged as a community worker, close to the realities that organizational decisions affect most directly. That experience sharpened my understanding of how systems are experienced beyond boardrooms and reports, and why leadership must account for both data and human impact.

What distinguishes my work today is the ability to move fluidly between analysis, operations, and executive leadership while remaining grounded in the communities systems are meant to serve. I bring a perspective shaped by regulated environments like healthcare, informed by business and operational rigor, and refined through direct engagement with people and systems in real-world conditions. This is the lens I bring into every engagement: clear, accountable, and rooted in experience across the full arc of organizational leadership.

Where This Work Lives

I work across personal practice, organizational systems, and executive decision-making. Some engagements are intimate and reflective. Others are strategic and systems-focused. Each offering is designed to meet people where they are, without flattening complexity or rushing clarity.
